Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a red plum and strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied, balanced and savory. The flavor profile is a delicious plum and mineral blend with notes of oak and strawberry. We also detected a hint of Luxardo maraschino cherries. The finish is dry and its flavors and well-managed refined tannins show very nice length for a Pinot. I would drink and savor this Pinot on its own. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: A gorgeous light cranberry color. It has delicate and inviting aromas of strawberries, roses, gingerbread, Chinese five spice, with cedar and sandalwood-like incense. This Pinot Noir is also intensely perfumed in the mouth, and has great energy, fruit sweetness, and juicy acidity with fine, elegant ripe tannins. Structured but succulent and fruit forward, this wine will drink fantastic young, as well as with 3-8 years of bottle age.
