Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Chardonnay from VGS opens with a pie crust bouquet with hints of lemon and crushed stone dust. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and has a smooth mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a faint lychee with hints of pineapple and a of touch of oak and vanilla. The finish is dry and subtle. The Panel would pair this elegant Chard with pan seared Chilean sea bass with lemon caper butter. Enjoy – KWGTP
