Wine Review: This opaque and midnight purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon based blend from VGS opens with a blueberry and blackberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is mainly blueberry with notes of black raspberry, minerality and black coffee. The finish is dry and its tannins stick around for quite a while. All that tried this wine really liked it. The consensus was that it could benefit from some time in the cellar. If you can’t wait, decant it and pair it with a NY strip steak. Enjoy - Ken
