Wine Review: This opaque and purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a boysenberry and blackberry bouquet with hints of wet gravel and lilac. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, fresh and very fruit forward. The flavor profile is a black currant and graphite blend with notes of blueberry with hints of boysenberry. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are sticky and show very nice length. The Panel would pair this Cab with duck breast or a ribeye steak. Enjoy – KWGTP
