Wine Review: This almost clear colored Chenin Blanc based wine opens with a fragrant pear and almond bouquet with hints of florals. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with medium plus acidity. The flavor is a saline and green apple blend with notes of Anjou pear. I also detected hints of yellow grapefruit and stony minerality. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity are nicely extended. I would pair this white blend with baked walleye. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our 2022 Tre Uve Bianco is light in color with aromas of bright lemon zest and delicate floral notes. A blend of 77% Chenin Blanc, 20% Albariño and 3% Pinot Grigio; it's smooth and refreshing on the palate with excellent texture and intricate layers of ripe nectarine and pear that delight the senses sip after sip.
