Wine Review: This golden yellow colored Albarino from V. Sattui opens with a fragrant apricot and nectarine bouquet with hints of orange rind and honey. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright, fresh, and very mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a saline, white peach, and lime blend with notes of ginger and clover honey. I also detected some hints of white pepper and chalky minerality. The finish is off-dry and refreshing. This Albarino would pair well with a baked cod with a Ritz Cracker topping. Enjoy – Ken
