Wine Review: This Napa sparkler is a blend of mainly Chardonnay with some Pinot Noir. It has nice small streaming bubbles and aromas of almond, green apple, sourdough boule, apricot, and green melon in the glass. On the palate there's persistent mouth filling mousse, and a medium body with medium acidity, and nice texture. It is bright, dry, and balanced. There are flavors of green apple, lime, mandarin orange, and nectarine with notes of toasted almond, strawberry, and saline. The minerality lingers for a while in the refreshing, dry finish. Serve chilled with bacon wrapped scallops. – Mark

Winemaker Notes: The 2021 vintage exudes a welcoming brightness, featuring aromas of mandarin orange and subtle undertones of lime zest. Each taste is a delightful explosion of nectarine and pear flavors, complemented by a traditional toasty undertone and hints of almond on the finish. Produced using classic French "Méthode Champenoise" with a secondary fermentation in the bottle.
