Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Zin based blend opens with a fragrant morello cherry and blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild black cherry and mocha blend with notes of blueberry and black tea. I also detected hints of oak. The finish is dry, and its moderate polished tannins and flavors linger and last for a while. I would pair this red blend with a juicy and thick mushroom and Swiss burger. Enjoy – Ken
