Wine Review: This straw-colored Chardonnay from V. Sattui opens with a gentle pineapple and Bosc pear bouquet with a hint of vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round and bright. The flavor profile is an oak influenced pineapple with notes of Bosc pear and Werther's original candy. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity have nice length. This Chard would pair well with lobster mac n' cheese. Enjoy - Ken
