Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Syrah opens with a faint black cherry bouquet with hints of cola, blueberry, and wet rock. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with gentle medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round, polished, and balanced. The flavor profile is gentle black cherry with notes cola and black plum. We also detected hints of stony minerality, blueberry, and mocha. The finish is dry, and its moderate dusty tannins are nicely prolonged. The Tasting Panel would pair this Syrah with lamb chops. Enjoy – KWGTP
