Wine Review: This coral colored wine made with Anderson Valley Pinot Noir grapes opens with an orange and maraschino cherry bouquet with hints of wet stone and watermelon. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied, smooth and nicely balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty clementine and juicy red plum blend with nicely integrated fine minerality. There are hints of lime and a touch of watermelon mixed in. The finish is dry and pleasant. This Rose is very versatile and food friendly. It will pair with many things. We would pair it with your favorite flaky white fish dish or with prosciutto wrapped cantaloupe. Enjoy – Ken and Joe
