Wine Review: This deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from the "Morisoli Vineyard" opens with a black currant bouquet with hints of cinnamon, red plum, papaya, and toasted oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated plus acidity. The mouthfeel is well-balanced, super smooth and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is a tasty black currant and graphite blend with notes of blackberry, black licorice, and oak. We also detected hints of black tea and blueberry in the mix. The finish is dry, and its well-managed medium tannins linger for a very long time. The Tasting Panel would pair Excellent Cab with Roy's rib roast. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Our 2018 "Morisoli Vineyard" Cabernet Sauvignon has a very intense red-purple color, perfumed with fresh black cherry and black plum, cocoa, and spicy oak bouquet, with hints of black pepper and tobacco. A full-bodied wine, rich and lush with ripe, concentrated blackberry fruit in the mouth, silky tannins, and complex flavors on a lengthy finish.
