Wine Review: This coral-colored Sparkling Wine displays random streams of small bubbles. It opens with a bread dough and strawberry bouquet with hints of dried cherries and oats. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright, bold, and savory. The flavor profile is a strawberry and dark chocolate blend with notes of stony minerality and saline. We also detected hints of toasted almond, tangerine, and lime. The finish is dry, and its acidity and flavors linger for quite some time. The Tasting Panel would pair this sparkler with salmon wellington or duck breast. Enjoy – KWGTP
