Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Malbec from V. Sattui was well-received by the Tasting Panel. It opens with a macerated cherry, raspberry and Ricola bouquet with a hint of toasted coconut. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, delicate and smooth. The flavor profile is a black raspberry and stewed plum blend with notes of milk chocolate and cola. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are nicely extended. The Panel suggested pairing this Malbec with a lamb burger or a pork roast. Enjoy - KWGTP
