Wine Review: This very dark scarlet colored Petit Verdot opens with a red plum bouquet with hints of black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, approachable and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty red plum with notes of fine minerality and coffee. We also detected hints of red cherry and light oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins show nice length. The Panel suggested pairing this Petit Verdot with a filet mignon or a lamb burger. Enjoy - KWGTP
