Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Chardonnay from Oregon opens with a faint chamomile tea bouquet with a hint of lemon chiffon cake and wet slate. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with nicely integrated plus acidity. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lemon tea with notes of peach and white grapefruit and a hint of spice. The finish is dry and flavors and gentle acidity drift away nicely. The Panel thought this Chard would pair well with Dover sole or Chilean sea bass. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This beautiful, delicate but powerful 2017 Chardonnay Estate Vineyard exhibits notes of pineapple, banana, citrus and white peach. Medium bodied with good acidity and freshness and the light but focused application of new French oak pushed to the background. Age and enjoy over the next 5-6 years.
