Wine Review: This sparkler from Oregon is a bright rose pink color with loads of tiny bubbles. The bouquet is a bit shy, with notes of lemon, strawberry and red cherry. On the palate, it is pleasantly frothy, medium-minus bodied with medium acidity, and is dry, bright and refreshing. There are flavors of strawberry, mild minerality and green apple. There are also some hints of watermelon and croissant. A can of this would be great socializing at the après-ski fire pit, or with grilled shrimp skewers. – Mark (This wine is sold in 4 packs, equaling 2 bottles.)
