Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Two Angels is a good value. It opens with a black cherry and cedar bouquet. On the palate this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy going. The flavor profile is a smoky oak influenced black cherry with notes of blackberry and Slim Jim. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins longer for a bit. This would pair well with a bacon burger. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Two Angels Cabernet Sauvignon is complex, with cherries and hints of chocolate and vanilla on the nose. It is well-structured with good weight and balance on the palate were the flavors carry through very well to a pleasing finish. Serve at room temperature with steaks and other grilled meats, roasts and hearty fare.
