Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Cabernet Franc opens with a very attractive black cherry bouquet with hints of blueberry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and savory. The flavor profile is a tasty plum with hints of blueberry, oak and black pepper. The finish is dry and it lingers slightly. This Cab Franc would be a very nice selection to pair with roast duck breast. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This is a continuation of our popular Cabernet Francs. This 2009 has both ample fruit and structure. A great example of this lesser-known varietal.
