Wine Review: This ruby colored Zinfandel from Turley opens with a boysenberry and black raspberry bouquet with a hint of raisin. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel juicy and fruit forward. The flavor profile is black raspberry and iron filing blend with notes of oak. We also detected hints of boysenberry and loam. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. We would pair this fruity Zin with short ribs. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The 2017 is quintessential Dragon: dark fruits, incredible focus and depth, white spice, purple flowers, and perfume. More grip to the tannins than even Rattlesnake, this wine will certainly age well and benefits from a decant.
