Wine Review: This light white gold colored wine opens with a fragrant green melon bouquet with a hint of tangerine and lychee. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty mild mineral infused green pear. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing. I would pair this very appealing Greek wine with linguine and clam sauce. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: A wine with freshness and intense acidity as main characteristics. Fine aromas of big intensity with main characteristics citrus fruits and lemon flavors.
