Wine Review: This red colored blend opens with an herbal black cherry bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and savory. The flavor profile is a black cherry and oak blend with notes of dark chocolate. I also detected hints clove and vanilla. The finish is dry and is moderate dusty show nice length. Out mini-tasting group thought this very nice wine would pair well with a Yankee pot roast. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our award-winning Triumph is a classic Bordeaux-style blend that is both bold and elegant. This balanced blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc has good tannic structure plus plenty of dry, inviting oak. This dry red wine enhances beef, lamb and hardy cheeses.
