Wine Review: This light brick red colored Cabernet Franc opens with a fragrant plum and cranberry bouquet with a hint of blueberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor is a kirsch and chocolate malt blend with hints of oak and cinnamon. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. We would pair this Cab Franc with a juicy bacon burger. - KWGTP
