Wine Review: This white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc from Virgina opens with a gentle and shy Anjou pear and light lemon bouquet with a hint of tea. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced and round with no edges at all. The flavor profile is a gentle Anjou pear and light lemon verbena blend with notes of green tea and saline. The finish is dry, and its refreshing flavors and acidity linger nicely.
