Wine Review: This dark ruby colored opens with a black cherry and acai berry bouquet with a hint of oak and blackberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced and silky. The flavor profile is a stone dust and light blackberry blend with notes tobacco and oolong tea. I also detected hints of red plum and black cherry. The finish is rather dry, and its refined tannins stick around for quite some time. I would pair this wine with a filet mignon. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Harmonious Bordeaux-style blend with bold red fruit aromas of black cherry, currant, and blackberries. Balanced with subtle notes of cocoa and spice. Enjoy with soft cheeses, such as brie or goat. Terrific with lamb, aged beef, rustic stews, and mushrooms.
