Wine Review: This straw-colored Blanc de Blanc from Trump Winery opens with lots of small to medium streaming bubbles. It opens with a pleasant bread dough and lime peel bouquet with hints almond and green apple. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, fresh, and slightly creamy. The flavor profile is a brioche and light lemon verbena blend with notes of crushed stone and green tea. I also detected some hints of saline and green apple. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Blanc de Blanc would pair with oysters. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our 2018 Blanc de Blanc is made with 100% estate-grown Chardonnay. Aged for a minimum of 36 months on lees. Bright green apple and fresh citrus notes with layers of brioche and yeast complexity. An excellent balance of acidity, creamy mousse, and textures that persist with a long and elegant finish.
