Wine Review: This light garnet colored Zinfandel opens with a mild strawberry licorice and gentle plum bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, soft and savory. The flavor profile is a gentle plum and blueberry blend with a hint of black raspberry and gentle oak. The finish is dry and its moderate fine tannins drift away nicely. This Zin is food friendly and would pair very well with a pulled pork sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
