Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from Carneros opens with a fragrant strawberry and black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, juicy and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a ripe strawberry and black raspberry blend with integrated oak. I also detected some hints of black pepper. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors linger for quite some time. This Pinot would pair well with pork tenderloin and fig kebabs. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Rich aromas of black cherry, rhubarb, and wild strawberry; with notes of citrus blossom, tea, and earth. The mouth is round and silky; with flavors of plum jam, cranberry, and sweet vanilla. Firm acidity and delicate tannins focus the palate and provide a lingering finish of spice and red fruit.
