Wine Review: This opaque and very dark purple colored wine opens with a fragrant blueberry bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and very rich. The flavor profile is an extracted blackberry with notes of black currant and gentle oak. The finish is dry and its stick tannins are very lengthy. This is a reasonably priced big boy wine that would pair best with Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue steak tips. Enjoy – Ken
