Wine Review: This opaque and dark purple colored red blend opens with a ripe blackberry bouquet with a hint of black currant and licorice. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, juicy, and very fruit forward. The flavor profile is blackberry, with notes of black licorice, black pepper, and oak. The finish is dry and its dusty oak tannins are sticky and linger for while. This fruit bomb would be perfect with grilled steak tips smothered in Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce. Enjoy -Ken
