Wine Review: This very dark colored Malbec opens with a fragrant blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and rich. The flavor profile is an extracted boysenberry with notes of mint and a hint of blackberry. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are nicely prolonged. This is a style of Malbec that I prefer. I would pair it with duck breast glazed with an orange and apricot marmalade. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Purple red with deep violet tones. It has a bouquet of berry fruits, plum jam, coffee and tobacco notes. The wine is elegant and powerful on the palate with velvety tannins. Complements steaks, roasts, pasta dishes with robust sauces, and cheeses.
