Wine Review: This Malbec seems to be a top Malbec every year. This year's vintage is no exception. It is opaque and very dark purple. It opens with an attractive ripe blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, nicely balanced, and rich. The flavor profile is a concentrated blueberry with integrated black pepper and spice. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are dusty and linger for quite some time. This wine would pair well with a NY strip steak. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Purple red with deep violet tones. Bouquet: Berry fruits, plum jam, coffee and tobacco notes. Taste: Elegant and powerful on the palate with velvety tannins. Enjoy with steaks, roasts, pasta dishes with robust sauces, and cheeses.
