Wine Review: This pale pink colored wine from the Finger Lakes open stone dust and watermelon bouquet with hints of maraschino cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, very smooth and zesty. The flavor profile is stone dust and mild watermelon blend with notes of tangerine and lime. I also detected some hints of white pepper and saline. The finish is dry and refreshing. This wine would pair well with chilled shrimp on the beach on a hot day. Enjoy – Ken
