Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with a lychee and white peach bouquet with hints of lime zest and passionfruit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright, zesty, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a passionfruit and lime blend with notes of light grapefruit. I also detected hints of ginger and pineapple. The finish is pleasantly refreshing. I would pair this Riesling with a chilled crab cocktail. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2022 vintage overall was very dry. The long fall season gave us bright acidity and a fresh palate. It also allowed us to fully ripen the Riesling for tropical and citrus fruit to fully develop.
