Wine Review: This translucent and bright white gold opens with an apple cider and honeycomb bouquet with hints of ginger and grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and slightly viscous. The flavor profile is a pineapple and honey blend with notes of mild apricot and ginger. I also detected hints of white pepper and green tea. The finish is slightly off dry and its flavors and acidity drifts away nicely. This Riesling would pair well with French onion soup. Enjoy – Ken
