Wine Review: This fresh, medium golden yellow colored Chardonnay, from the Finger Lakes region of New York, starts with aromas of white peach, lime, light florals, beeswax, and a spice note. On the palate there's a slightly creamy mouthfeel and good balance, medium body, and bright medium-plus acid. I tasted flavors of pineapple, butterscotch, oak spice, yellow apple, and a bit of tangy lime. The finish is subtle, dry and lingers for a while, with a pleasant bitter note at the end. Open a bottle mid-week with your store-bought rotisserie chicken. - Mark
