Wine Review: This pale coral colored wine from the Finger Lakes opens with a gentle coconut and maraschino cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and round. The flavor profile is a mild wild strawberry and watermelon blend with notes of minerality and lime zest. I also detected a hint of celery. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Rose is a nice beach wine. With food, I would pair it with popcorn shrimp. Enjoy – Ken
