Wine Review: The white gold colored ginger ale and ripe pear bouquet with hints of apricot and celery. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is rather dry. The flavor profile is an Anjou pear and tart lime blend with notes of nectarine pit, almond and green apple skins. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would serve this Riesling slightly chilled and pair it with a garlic, lime, and cilantro marinated grilled shrimp. Enjoy – Ken
