Wine Review: This deep red colored organic Zinfandel from Tres Sorbores was a hit with the Tasting Panel. It opens with a mild blueberry bouquet with hints of oak and bay leaf. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, nicely balanced, and approachable. The flavor profile is a tasty mild mineral infused cola with hints of black cherry, chocolate and oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins fade away nicely. The panel suggested pairing this impressive Zin with a pot roast or a wild boar bolognese. Enjoy - KWGTP
