Wine Review: This very pale copper colored wine opens with a white peach and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round and bright. The flavor profile is a stony mineral and lime blend with notes of green tea and honeydew melon with a hint of peach pit. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This Rose would pair well with shrimp scampi. Enjoy – Ken
