Wine Review: This midnight purple colored wine from Tres Sabores is a very good value. It opens with a molasses, dark chocolate, and blackberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and concentrated. The flavor profile is black plum, oak and milk chocolate blend with hints of blueberry, and black licorice. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This red blend is food friendly and would pair well with grilled steak tips. Enjoy – Ken
