Wine Review: This pale straw-colored blend from Oregon opens honeysuckle and lime zest bouquet with hints of grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with some zesty plus acidity. The flavor profile is lime and quinine blend with notes minerality, white pepper and white grapefruit. I also detected hints of saline and lemon verbena. The finish is a bit off-dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This wine is food friendly and would pair well with pan-seared marinated halibut fillets. Enjoy - Ken
