Wine Review: This yellow colored white blend opens with a mild peach and orange bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and lush. The flavor profile is a tasty mild butterscotch and Bartlett pear blend with a hint of peach in the background. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This wine would pair well with pasta carbonara. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The 2011 Treana White is pale golden straw in color and exhibits vibrant aromatics. A bold bouquet of stone fruit and white flowers are followed by hints of honey and nutty notes of pecan and almond. On the palate, rich flavors of melon, peach and honey follow with an oily mid-palate, and a bright finish. Due in part to the ageability of Marsanne, Treana White has a trusted history of aging 10+ years.
