Wine Review: This pale coral sand colored wine opened with a fragrant maraschino cherry and strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round and bright. The flavor profile is a watermelon and gentle minerality blend with notes of maraschino cherry, spice, and lime. I also detected hints of white peach and kiwi towards the end. The finish is pleasantly refreshing. This Rose is a nice summer sipper. I would pair it with shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken
