Wine Review: This dark red colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Tom Eddy opens with a cranberry and red plum bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a mild mineral and graphite influenced black currant with notes of oak. I also detected some nicely integrated black cherry and plum as well. The finish is dry and its fades away nicely. This Cab is food friendly and versatile. It can pair well with many foods. I would pair it with filet mignon medallions. Enjoy – Ken
