Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand opens with a balsam fir and mild gooseberry bouquet with a hint of lime and boxwood. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and zippy. The flavor profile is lime with notes of grapefruit and tangerine. There is also a hint of minerality. The finish is dry, refreshing and lingers nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this Sauvignon Blanc with sharp cheddar cheese or oysters. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: An intense grapefruit bouquet bursts from the glass commingling with enticing aromas of passion fruit and gooseberry.
