Wine Review: This very dark red Cabernet Sauvignon from Tom Eddy opens with a faint craisin and red cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a gentle spiced plum with notes of minerality and oak. I also detected some hints of craisin and red cherry in the background. The finish is dry and it mild tannins and flavors drift away nicely. This Cabernet is very food friendly and ready to go, I would pair it with a filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken
