Wine Review: This opaque onyx colored Cabernet will appeal to Old World fans. It opens with a musty mild black raspberry bouquet with a hint of dry mustard. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, nicely balanced, and savory. The flavor profile is a dusty oak and black cherry blend with notes of dried cranberry. The finish is dry and its notable fine tannins are smooth and linger for quite some time. The panel suggested pairing this with veal marsala or venison. Enjoy – KWGTP
