Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from Tolosa opens with a fragrant red currant and cranberry bouquet with hints of teaberry gum. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a mild oak influenced red plum and pomegranate with notes of fine minerality. We also detected hints of chocolate and strawberry. The finish is dry and its flavors and moderate tannins linger for a while. The Panel suggested pairing this wine with a Waldorf salad, shrimp cocktail and pork tenderloin. Enjoy - KWGTP
