Wine Review: This very deep ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Titus opens with a dried cherry and dark chocolate bouquet with hints of toasted oak and cola. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, and seamless. The flavor profile is a mild cherry and mocha blend with notes of oak and blueberry. We also detected hints of cola, vanilla, and black licorice. The finish is dry, and its flavors and moderate tannins are nicely extended. This Cab would pair well with braised short ribs. Enjoy - KWGTP
